Here we are, this is the big departure 😱 Of course I'm totally freaked out... Why I'm doing this? Oh yeah I know ! Because it will probably be one the greatest experience in my life. It's the beginning of a new adventures in Norway 🐧❄️

Big day, bad news. Of course when you're already anxious, unexpected happens. For some reasons I had to let my camera 💔💔💔 And yeah... my flight was delayed and I missed all my dear connections. It let time to visit Copenhagen, Oslo & Bergen airports and to catch up with my late reading.

Finally arrived in Ørsta-Volda airport (Yes!), no baggage 😭 Delayed as the flight apparently... The good point of this story was to discover that people here in this small place are really really nice! My baggage were finally back two days after the flight and took directly to my door.

Anyways, sceneries help to forget this inconvenience (which, at least, make the journey more thrilling!)

After all the emotions of the journey, my quick installation in the flat and my bagage finally back... It's time to enjoy where I am. Hopefully today the sun shines 😎 Let's see what I can find around me. I've seen this lake on the satellite view. I'm sure I can find it [...] and I do. What do we have here.. Ohhh a short slackline, a tiny beach, bbq, kayaks, some trails around there.. Well, looks like a great place for running !

I'v tried the bus for going to Ørsta, only 15mn drive away from Volda. It's a bit expensive (42 kr. / one way) but nice and comfortable. Particularly the view you can have on the fjord during the trip.

I fell in love with a little climbing wall in the city center😍 Ok it's for little children... but I really enjoy it 🤫

I missed so much rock climbing !

Let's link the useful and the pleasant today. As you probably know, if you stay more than 6 months in Norway, you have to register at the Police station (📍Ålesund for my case). Since you receive your precious identification number, you can consider yourself "half Norwegian" 🐧🇳🇴

Otherwise you can also open a bank account, lease a car, take a phone subscription, etc. 🚙

I have to admit that the most interesting part of the day was the ferry trip. Even with this cloudy-fall-depressing-weather, the fjord stay sooo majestic. Don't you agree ?

Lucky we are in my master degree to start the storytelling module in the Alpehytta cabins aka. the place you could stay forever. I already heard you asking : "Uh.. forever ever? You're sure?"

Oh yes, I am 😇 That's a great place for a penguin, particularly where you can perceive snowfields not so far. By the way, we have the chance to sleep in those nice traditional Norwegian cabins all surrounded by mountains. A paradise for hiker. We thus go for a hike to reach a very nice lake and its waterfalls. (Shame on me, I haven's take pictures of the waterfalls. I was probably too amazed to think about that..). In the meantime, some have a swim 🥶 Maybe next time for me! I also discover that up in the mountain is a great place for climbers named Molladalen. I have to check that on my free time later !

Did I mention the jacuzzi ? 🐧🥰
